The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent regulator of all health and social care in England. From 1 April 2013 all providers of NHS General practice services must be registered with the CQC. The CQC has the responsibility to monitor, inspect and regulate the services provided to ensure that they meet the essential standards of quality and safety that patients have the right to expect.
The Ludham & Stalham Green Surgeries are registered with the CQC. An important part of our registration with the independent regulator, gives patients the opportunity to share their experience on any aspect of their treatment or contact with the practice. This can be shared via our profile on the CQC website at www.cqc.org.uk Further information on the role and responsibilities of the CQC can also be found on their website.
